If you're a resident of the Fox Valley (of IL) aged 18 or over, please tell us your proposed book title and a little bit about yourself. (Don't worry, you'll have time to change your title if you think of a better one later!) Your information will be kept strictly confidential, unless you give us explicit permission to share it.
